Georgia Gubernatorial Candidate Vernon Jones toured the Arizona Audit floor after which he took questions. Reporter Jen Fifield asked Jones about the Arizona Audit, prefacing the question with who she believes is funding the audit. Jones replied with some questions of his own to which the reporter couldn’t seem to answer.
Dinesh D’Souza tweeted out a YouTube clip of the interaction captioned, “Bravo! Watch as this reporter is utterly bewildered and completely unable to answer a simple question from @RepVernonJones“

After the reporter was unable to answer the questions that Jones had for her it appears that former NYC Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik had his own comments for the reporter. Kerik said, “I don’t give a damn who’s funding it, I personally don’t care. You know why? because I just walked through that floor, and I saw what’s going on. I saw the process, I saw the accountability, I saw things that we haven’t seen anywhere else. I don’t really care who’s funding it. They’re getting the job done. It’s being done right, it’s being done in a manner that is so more transparent when you look at that floor than a casino floor, that’s what we need. Let them get the job done, let them put out the report, and let’s tell the rest of the country what happened in Arizona and it shouldn’t happen, here again, it shouldn’t happen nowhere else in this country”

The audit taking place in Arizona has been gaining national attention from the media and even the Justice Department. We reported earlier, “In a shocking video, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that the Justice Department will look with scrutiny into any post-election audits concerning evidence of voting law violations. This has many worried over what federal interference in state-led audits could lead the presence of states’ rights to in the future.”

“State Senator Wendy Rodgers (R-AZ) immediately fired back at Garland and the Justice Department on Twitter. Rogers said, “You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison. Maybe you should focus on stopping terrorism. The Justice Department is one of the most corrupt institutions in the USA.” Arizona has been undergoing an audit of the general election results in Maricopa County and should be done counting by the end of this week while the Senate Republicans’ election review will not conclude until late July or October.“

This comes as no surprise as allegations of voter fraud and questions of the integrity of the 2020 election were rampant right after the election and with this audit moving forward. It appears that the Justice Department just wants to keep things tampered down as it seems some are afraid of what might be found during this audit.
As the audit moves forward much of the nation will be watching to see what they find. The finding will have no bearing on the outcome or the 2020 election and will only be used to further elections going forward.
