Many are crying foul after Vice President Mike Pence asked his opponent in the debate Kamala Harris if she would directly answer a question about packing the court if they win that Joe Biden would not.
Harris refused to directly answer the question and Pence said that it was because they would. Donald Trump Jr. echoed his words, tweeting out, “Of course Kamala Harris will not answer the question about packing the court because that’s what they plan on doing.”
He added, “When the Democrats can’t get their way they will change the rules to push their leftist agenda. They’re not even pretending anymore.”

New York House Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was not happy about Pence badgering Harris to answer, tweeting out, “Pence demanding that Harris answer *his* own personal questions when he won’t even answer the moderator’s is gross, and exemplary of the gender dynamics so many women have to deal with at work.”

Ultimately, Harris reiterated the Democrat’s stance that the Supreme Court seat left vacant by Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s passing shouldn’t be filled until after the election.
