On Saturday night, UFC fighter Conor McGregor lost his match to Dustin Poirier in gruesome fashion as his ankle was rolled completely to where it almost looked like he was only continuing to stand on his leg itself.
It was a fight that was attended by former President Donald Trump and afterwards, UFC president Dana White said McGregor had broken the lower tibia in his left shin.
U.S. House Rep Lauren Boebert (R-CO) found similarities between the injury to McGregor and “Joe Biden’s America,” expressing her thoughts in a viral tweet.
“Conor McGregor’s ankle is Joe Biden’s America,” Boebert explained.

After the match, McGregor was defiant, stating in an Instagram post, “Just out of the surgery room, everything went to plan, everything went perfect and I’m feeling tremendous. We’ve got six weeks on a crutch now and then we begin to build back.”
He addressed Poirier and declared, “Dustin, you can celebrate that illegitimate win all you want but you’ve done nothing in there. That second round would have shown all.
“Onwards and upwards we go. We come back better than ever,” McGregor added.
Biden has been attempting a “Build, back, better” plan with America that has been widely criticized by conservatives.
