Yesterday, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that President Joe Biden and his regime could not abandon the Trump era remain in Mexico policy. Former President Trump is likely thrilled to hear this. The court ruled 6-3 with all three liberals dissenting.
Many of the conservatives on the SCOTUS have not been favorable to Trump supporters and Republicans lately with their rules. This has left many to wonder why there was so much celebration over Donald Trump appointing Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh.
Yesterday was finally a vindication. As Afghanistani refugees come in on planes and illegal immigrants pour over the southern border in record numbers, many on the side of the preservation of America’s traditional state have become very sad, until yesterday. Even now, for conservatives, things are dire, but a glimmer of hope that the SCOTUS may start stepping it up may put a pep in the step of the right.
On top of yesterday’s report about the major ruling that we reported here, it’s being reported that Biden may have violated federal law. We aren’t sure if this could put him in hot water.
AP reported:
“With the three liberal justices in dissent, the court said the administration likely violated federal law in its efforts to rescind the program informally known as Remain in Mexico.”
Although it may feel overwhelming and tedious, the pushback against the Biden regime’s radical agenda may have some steam left. With a 6-3 court ready to take action, a possible swing in the elections in 2022 and 2024 with Biden’s approval ratings tanking, and inflation running rampant, anything could happen.
