Kari Lake Wants the ’Fake News to Know’ that She’s Going to be Their ’Worst Nightmare’ For Eight Years

Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake has a message for the fake news media. “I’m going to be your worst nightmare for eight years.”

Lake shared on Twitter:

Last year, Lake announced she was leaving her career with FOX 10 which lasted 22 years. She thanked her viewers for keeping her high in the ratings throughout her time as an anchor. She then explained that journalism has changed since she started.

She declared the media is missing multiple viewpoints and she doesn’t feel proud to be a member of the media. She shared that, she herself read news copy she didn’t find to be completely truthful. She no longer wanted to contribute to the fear and confusion that the media projects on our country.

Lake then announced she was leaving FOX 10 and that she would be doing something else. She thanked the station for their understanding and expressed her gratefulness for the opportunities. She then promised, “if it comes from my lips it will be truthful”.

Soon after leaving FOX 10, Lake announced she was running for governor of AZ.

Coming from the media, Lake has an idea of the playbook used and has been ruthless when dealing with the mainstream media. Something many have enjoyed watching.

Last year Lake was approached by CNN reporter Kyung Lah and asked to do an interview. Lake pointed out that Lah wasn’t wearing a mask and then said she would do an interview if it “aired on CNN+” she then asked, “does that still exist?”

“I didn’t think, so because the people don’t like what you guys are peddling, which is propaganda. Thank You.” She then walks away leaving the journalist a little stunned.

Lake has given her word she will push back on the media and their fake news propaganda as she has displayed since she announced she was running.
