As we reported last night, Joe Biden has reportedly come to a decision on a replacement Supreme Court nominee to replace the retiring Justice Stephen Breyer and would make the announcement before Monday.
It was then reported this morning, that Biden will select District of Columbia Court of Appeals Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson.
Conservative Twitter user Terry Schilling said of the move, “Not a huge surprise — Biden just picked the most extreme left-wing SCOTUS nominee in our nation’s history.”
“Ketanji Brown-Jackson will make Sonya Sotomayor look like Sarah Palin. She’ll become the most predictable vote on the court — pro abortion, pro gender ideology, everything,” Schilling explained.

U.S. House Rep Adam Schiff (D-CA) appeared to confirm the decision in a tweet where he described her as “a brilliant and fair jurist.”
Schiff continued by suggesting that she is “Someone who has dedicated her life to public service and making our nation more just.”
“She is an outstanding and historic choice for the Court, and deserves a strong and bipartisan confirmation,” Schiff insisted.

U.S. Sen Lindsey Graham (R-SC) spoke out against Biden’s selection in a tweet of his own where he claimed, “If media reports are accurate, and Judge Jackson has been chosen as the Supreme Court nominee to replace Justice Breyer, it means the radical Left has won President Biden over yet again.”
“The attacks by the Left on Judge Childs from South Carolina apparently worked. I expect a respectful but interesting hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee,” Graham continued.
Graham added that he felt, “The Harvard-Yale train to the Supreme Court continues to run unabated.”
Many pointed out, however, that Graham had voted to confirm her to her current position just last year when she was nominated by Biden.
I expect a respectful but interesting hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
