Monday, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memorandum to the FBI to convene meetings with “federal, state, local, Tribal, and territorial leaders” within 30 days “These meetings will facilitate the discussion of strategies for addressing threats against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff”
Garland’s memorandum cites a “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff”.
The memorandum goes on to say, “while spirited debate about policy matters is protected under our Constitution, that protection does not extend to threats of violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views.”
Garland continues and points out that “threats against public servants are illegal” and counter to “nation’s core values”.
The memorandum then directs the FBI to organize the meetings.
Christopher Rufo shared the memorandum on Twitter. “BREAKING: Attorney General Merrick Garland has instructed the FBI to mobilize against parents who oppose critical race theory in public schools, citing “threats.” The letter follows the National School Board Association’s request to classify protests as “domestic terrorism.”
Rufo Continued, “The Biden administration is rapidly repurposing federal law enforcement to target political opposition. They want to reclassify dissent as “disinformation” and “domestic terrorism,” justifying an unprecedented intervention, both directly and in partnership with tech companies.”

Rufo calls on others in his next tweet, “We must forcefully push back against the suppression of our basic rights and the criminalization of our politics. The Biden administration wants to apply the J6 strategy to every expression of conservative speech and assembly. We must not let them.”

The Biden administration wants to apply the J6 strategy to every expression of conservative speech and assembly.
We must not let them.
This action from the Justice department comes less than a week after the National School Board Association (NSBA) sent a six-page letter to the President of the United States. School Boards across the country have faced much pushback with the radical indoctrination curriculum they are pushing on young minds. Parents are showing up and speaking up against the wrong they are seeing in the public schools.
The letter from NSBA may appear to be calling parents loud and angry protests an act of “domestic terrorism”. NSBA calls on President to do just what has been sent out from the Attorney General. ” As these acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes. As such, NSBA requests a joint expedited review by the U.S. Departments of Justice, Education, and Homeland Security, along with the appropriate training, coordination,
investigations, and enforcement mechanisms from the FBI, including any technical assistance necessary from, and state and local coordination with, its National Security Branch and Counterterrorism Division, as well as any other federal agency with relevant jurisdictional authority and oversight.”
School boards have forced CRT into classrooms as well as placed mask mandates on children over the past year. We will see what comes from this memorandum issued by Attorney General Merrick Garland. Many parents across the country are not willing to just turn their children over to schools and give up their parental rights.
We do not condone violence at Media Right News. It remains to be seen what threats and violence the NSBA is referring to one may assume they are directing this at unhappy parents.
