Andy Biggs Goes on the Offensive: ‘The Biden Admin is Weaponizing our Federal Police Apparatus to Target their Top Political Opponent’

On Thursday, U.S. House Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) started to tweet about the indictment of former President Trump.

“We ought to defund and dismantle the DOJ. I stand with President Trump,” Biggs declared.

On Friday morning, Biggs shared a clip of an interview he gave NewsMax from Thursday discussing the indictment of Donald Trump.

Biggs tweeted, “The Biden Admin is weaponizing our federal police apparatus to target their top political opponent. Even worse, their move comes as soon as we unveiled that both Joe and Hunter received $5 million from a foreign entity. This is exactly what an authoritarian regime looks like.”

U.S. House Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland asking about new information that had been revealed to the House Judiciary Committee in an interview they conducted with Steven D’Antuono on June 7th. D’Antuomo was the former Assistant Director in charge of FBI’s Washinton Field Office and also one of the most senior FBI officials in charge of effectuating the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Florida residence.

The interview brought forth many questions for Jordan as D’Antuono “expressed strong concerns with the Department’s pursuit of the raid” as well D’Antuono also “noted several unusual features in the Department’s handling of the case.”

Biggs tweeted a little while after the letter was sent, “We have now reached a war phase. Eye for an eye.”

Biggs also did an interview with OANN in which he responded to The White House’s claim that they had no notice of the indictment of former President Trump.

Biggs isn’t buying what The White House is trying to sell. He stated, “Joe Biden has consistently told lies his White House has consistently told lies. I do not believe that for a second.”

Saturday morning Trump shared a message on Truth Social. He isn’t backing down and is instead staying positive.

His message reads, “AMERICA WENT TO SLEEP LAST NIGHT WITH TEARS IN ITS EYES. SOMEDAY SOON, HOWEVER, IT WILL BE ABLE TO WIPE AWAY THOSE TEARS AND SMILE, BIGGER THAN EVER BEFORE, FOR WE WILL HAVE DEFEATED THE RADICAL LEFT MARXISTS, FASCISTS, COMMUNISTS, LUNATICS, & DERANGED MANIACS, & CLEARED THE PATH TO PUT AMERICA FIRST & THEN, QUICKLY, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”

Many on the left and the right appear to want Trump to roll over and drop out of the presidential race. Some are suggesting that the DOJ may just drop all charges if Trump agreed to that. That doesn’t sound like something Trump would do as he prides himself on being a fighter for the American people.
