Boris Epshteyn, strategic advisor to President Trump, announced tonight that Trump Elector and Arizona Chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward “has made an election contest filing” and he urged to “COUNT ALL THE LEGAL VOTES!”

The AZ Republican party account clarified what that meant by tweeting out a statement on the situation. The tweet read, “Arizona GOP presidential elector Dr. Kelli Ward filed a petition today with the Court to allow early inspection.”
They explained that the petition was filed “In advance of a challenge to the 11/30 statewide election canvass, of mail-in ballot envelopes and signatures to ensure they were legally signed and not fraudulent.”

On Sunday, Dr. Ward posted a tweet where she wondered, “Why are so many people willing to accept the ‘results’ of an election despite numerous questions about how those results actually came about?”

Earlier today, however, a blow was struck as a judge rejected the Arizona Republican Party’s bid to postpone the certification of election results in Maricopa County and dismissed the party’s legal challenge that sought a new audit of a sampling of ballots.
Judge John Hannah issued the ruling with little explanation, according to the report, saying only that the GOP’s request to amend its lawsuit was futile, barring the party from refiling the case and promising a full explanation of his reasons for the decision in the future.
