Biden Takes Ironic Jab at Trump While Making Excuses for Jobs Report, ‘Imagine if the Other Guy Was Here’

President Biden recently gave a speech to do damage control on failing jobs numbers. Biden has done a lot of damage control lately in our view.

We would not be surprised to see left-leaning media outlets claim otherwise. That is why we are a right-leaning opinion outlet though. We are allowed to have right-leaning opinions as far as we are aware as long as they don’t contradict the obvious facts.

It’s an obvious fact that Joe Biden took a jab at former President Trump in his recent speech. Some may say the jab was unwarranted. That is because Biden’s approval numbers are tanking according to various polls. Some have even indicated if there was another election held now Donald Trump would easily win against Joe Biden, but that’s all just speculation of course.

In a clip from Biden’s recent speech as highlighted on Twitter by Jennifer Jacobs, Bidens implies that Covid numbers and jobs numbers might be even worse if Donald were still in charge.

We would venture to guess the majority of Americans may not feel this is true but to each their own.

Meanwhile, rumours abound that Donald Trump is likely to run again in 2024. This would be against Joe Biden if he is still planning to run for re-election then. It remains to be seen if the GOP sweeps in 2022, or if Democrats take even more power.

With Biden’s poor performance lately, one would think that it would favor the GOP, but with changing culture and demographics, anything can happen now. We recently reported about more Biden damage control:

White House press secretary Jen Psaki was put on the spot today after uproar has ensued over a report that President Joe Biden pressured Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani to create the “perception” that the Taliban weren’t winning, “whether it’s true or not,” in a July 23 phone call just three weeks before the group took over.

Psaki was asked at her daily press briefing, “Was the president in any way pushing a false narrative in that call with the Afghan president?”

“I think it’s pretty clear,” Psaki stated in her response, covering for Biden, and then insisted, “I am not going to go into the details of a private conversation…”

Psaki then attempted to shift the conversation and said, “What we saw over the course of the last few months is a collapse of leadership and that was happening even before Ghani left the country.”

“What the president has conveyed repeatedly privately and publicly is that you need to stand up and lead your country,” Psaki added.
