The former Star Trek actor turned left-wing LGBT activist George Takei‘s Twitter feed is littered with hatred for President Trump and all kinds of folks who support him or his agenda. It doesn’t take one very long to figure out where he stands on the issues if you didn’t know already, by browsing his commentary and articles that he posts.
One such website that he seems to post a lot of articles from is called ‘Second Nexus’. Takei tweeted a story having to do with GOP Presidential candidate Bill Weld’s controversial comments yesterday saying that President Trump is guilty of treason, which is punishable by death. Weld also went on to imply that perhaps Trump could make a plea deal that would spare his life that would involve him being removed from the office of the Presidency instead.
The 82-year-old best known for playing Hikaru Sulu in Star Trek commented on the tweet of the article, “Well… that escalated quickly”. This was posted about a day ago and has a little over 200 retweets.

The blog site claims to be owned by “Ohy Myyy LLC” which is co-owned by George and Brad Takei. (Brad Takei is his husband.) From the website:
OWNERSHIP
Second Nexus is an Oh Myyy property. Oh Myyy LLC is co-owned by George and Brad Takei (through Hosato Enterprises, Inc., a California corporation) and The Social Edge Network, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, whose principal stakeholders and officers are Lorenzo Thione (CEO) and Jay Kuo (CCO).
Well, it’s not shocking for left-wing activists and pundits to spew vile anti-Trump rhetoric and certainly most of it is not worthy of repeating. What’s interesting here though is that Takei’s site, under the authorship of “Amelia Mavis Christnot” isn’t just reporting about what Bill Weld said, but appears to be in 100% agreement that President Trump committed treason and therefore should be executed.
The article titled: “WATCH: Bill Weld Says ‘That Is Treason. It’s Treason Pure and Simple, and the Penalty for Treason Under the U.S. Code Is Death’” has a subtle little subheading simply stating, “Well, he’s not wrong.” You can click on the image to visit the website if you need to get a closer look.

While it’s certainly within Weld and Takei’s (via his website and author) rights to say these things under the first amendment, as long as they aren’t making threats of actual violence to anyone, the vile hatred being put forth with calls to execute the president that go largely unreported on by the mainstream media except for folks like Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, who Takei despises as well, is unbelievable. It’s also amazing considering that if public figures said things like this about President Obama when he was in office they would probably have received all kinds of hellfire from the major media outlets.
