CNN, Furious at James O’Keefe, Claims They Referred Him to Law Enforcement for Possible Felony After he Tapped Into Jeff Zucker’s Conference Call

Previously we reported on a situation where Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe posted a video clip claiming to have tapped in to CNN’s conference call with Jeff Zucker.

There wasn’t much there on the initial video which you can also see below. The bigger story is what he says he is planning to post later, which is various different records of CNN conference calls he claims he was able to gain access to somehow.

We are not legal experts on this matter and don’t know exactly what O’Keefe is planning to publish, but it is apparent to us that CNN is not happy. Under the CNN Communications handle, someone commented under O’Keefe’s video saying that legal experts say O’Keefe’s actions may be a felony and that they have referred him to law enforcement.

Time will tell if it actually is a felony or what comes next in this strange situation as it unfolds:

UPDATE: O’Keefe responds:

“Our Legal experts say Jeff Zucker is just mad and embarrassed.

😂

Stay tuned!”

Earlier we reported:

James O’Keefe has been tapping into CNN CEO Jeff Zucker’s conference calls according to a video he posted, where Zucker was apparently caught off guard. O’Keefe, of Project Veritas, says he will release recordings of CNN Conference calls later today.

There is a high likelihood social media companies will look for a reason to censor those in our view and we don’t plan to post them directly. There has been a campaign against O’Keefe by the likes of left-wing smear merchants Media Matters and others to label them as discredited or disinformation outlets.

We can’t attest to every single thing Project Veritas has posted but it does appear that much of what they expose is real and true and many outlets appear to be afraid of them by trying to render them as not reliable or legitimate. Time will tell what comes of the CNN leaks here and how Zucker and his team will fight back if they choose to do so.

We support peaceful free speech at Media Right News and we also abide by social media rules to the best of our ability to keep our platforms in good standing, although the goalposts appear to be constantly moving. True disinformation is a bad thing, but labeling real information disinformation could also be considered propaganda if you have a particular agenda and aren’t debunking things credibly or on both sides in our view.

It appears Project Veritas has posted their first CNN clips on Twitter which we will not embed here as well.
