The Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying suspects involved in what they call offensive touching that occurred during a Trump rally Sunday in Wilmington. They had reported previously that three adults and three children were struck by eggs.
We had previously reported on the video that showed one of the children covered in egg that was released by Senate candidate Lauren Witzke, who won the primary on Tuesday and will challenge Chris Coons in November.
The state police have now provided a photograph of the suspect’s vehicle involved in the incident. From the picture, it appears that the SUV has multiple bumper stickers on the back of it.
Witzke tweeted out a thank you to the Deleware State Police for their “hard work investigating the disgusting Joe Biden supporters who assaulted a child at my event! Justice will be served!”
