U.S. House Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) has been referred to prosecutors by Capitol Police after they investigated his alleged accidental pulling of a fire alarm last month.
Bowman has been charged with one misdemeanor count of falsely pulling a fire alarm. The maximum sentence he faces is six months in jail. Bowman claimed it was an accident and other Democrats tried to bolster his claim, it appears prosecutors and Capitol Police aren’t buying it.
“BREAKING: Democrat Congressman Jamaal Bowman has just been referred to prosecutors by Capitol Police for pulling the fire alarm last month in the Capitol building. This comes after a thorough investigation took place. I’m all for him being charged if it broke a law in any way, and if it wasn’t merely an accident. It appears as though investigators don’t believe it was an accident, so if that’s true, he should be charged in my mind. What are your thoughts?”

Bowman pulled the alarm while Republicans were trying to start a vote on spending measures to keep the government open on September 30th of this year. While his action did delay that vote the House was able to keep the government open.
He is set to appear in D.C. Superior Court on Thursday morning.

To be a liberal dem is to be a lying scum. He no doubt cheated and lied his way through school and in his campaign. A friggin’ narcissistic sociopath.
