Donald Trump Agrees with Monica Crowley and Others that he Would Have ‘Had Brittney Griner Home’ By Now in Reposts on Truth Social

Former President Trump “Truthed” three posts to Truth Social where he appears to agree with various different people that he would have had WNBA player Brittney Griner home from Russia by now if he was in the White House still. This comes despite the fact that Griner reminded Joe Biden that she voted for him in a plea from her to prompt Biden to get her out of Russia.

Many are skeptical that Biden can’t pull it off, or that if he does it will be a disaster in other ways. Griner recently pleaded guilty to drug smuggling in a Russian court after getting a “note” from Joe Biden. She says she wasn’t aware she was breaking laws basically but that she knows she’s guilty now.

Some have speculated that a guilty plea may get her an easier sentence, as she has stated she wants no severe penalty. The screenshots below are linked to the posts on Truth Social if you click on the images. Trump posted a link from The Clay Travis & Buck Sexton show:

“If Donald Trump were still president of the United States, Brittney Griner wouldn’t be in prison anymore…I don’t think there’s any doubt that Brittney Griner, Trump would have done whatever was necessary to get her out of that country…I just don’t have any doubt. With Biden’s incompetence, which exists everywhere, I don’t know when Brittney Griner is gonna be back.” @ClayTravis

Time will tell if Biden gets Griner out. Her sentence is expected to come in August. Russia doesn’t seem to have a lot of reason to be nice to the USA right now as they are getting many sanctions over the war in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, speaking of Truth Social, many more may be flocking there now that the Musk Twitter deal fell flat as we reported earlier today.

This could change the game if Truth Social can get its tech glitches smoothed out, but it’s too soon to say yet what the future looks like for that website. One thing is for sure, Trump won’t be back on Twitter anytime soon, or ever. But Facebook is another story, as they have said it is possible after 2023 but not guaranteed, however. Read more:
