Elon Musk Responds to News of San Francisco Whole Foods Closure Confirming that City is a Mess

Leaders in San Francisco are worried After Whole Foods announces it will be closing, It’s downtown location as it cannot guarantee the safety of its workers any longer.

Twitter user @amuse shard the news:

“BREAKING: San Francisco leaders are expressing concern that Whole Foods’ exit from the city as a result of ‘high theft’ and ‘hostile transgender customers’ will make it extremely difficult for residents to steal healthy food.”

Twitter CEO Elon Musk replied, ”Downtown SF looks like a zombie apocalypse. People who’ve not been there have no idea.”


With the pandemic, many small businesses, shuttered, and with this it has become apparent that poverty, mental illness and drug use are running rampant in downtown San Francisco.

A video of a woman giving birth on the streets of San Francisco, has gone viral. According to witnesses, the woman had been smoking crack all day before she gave birth on the sidewalk.

The video is posted in the tweet below, but it may be too graphic for some. Incidents like these continue to become more common place in San Francisco.

Currently, San Francisco City Hall expects a nearly $800 million dollar deficit in the budget. Another grocery store slashed its hours and modified it’s bathroom policy because of the high theft and drug use.

Whole Foods has expressed that this closure may be temporary however re-opening would be reevaluated when they feel they can guarantee the safety of their workers.

With police officers leaving in record numbers police forces like San Francisco’s are down quite a bit. Portland Oregon is also seeing stores close due to high theft and crime.

With soft on crime policies in liberal areas, it is no wonder that theft and drug use seem to be on the rise.

Just keep voting for Democrats and observe what “build back better” can truly mean and do.
