Earlier, we reported that Attorney Lin Wood had filed a lawsuit against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger regarding the November election results that has been docketed with the US Supreme Court.
It has now been reported that President Trump’s legal team has filed an emergency petition in Georgia’s Supreme Court that also lists Raffensperger.
The petition was filed just hours after the US Supreme Court denied Texas’ bid to challenge voting procedures in four states and investigate voter fraud.
The Gateway Pundit reported that the petition seeks a Writ of Certiorari to review the court order of Justice Constance C. Russell with the Superior Court of Fulton County earlier this month.
The Trump campaign contends that Justice Russell was not qualified to preside over the election contest or enter orders in the case.
The appeal is the latest attempt to decertify the results of the election in Georgia, which has been the subject of extreme controversy due to the extreme irregularities with the votes.
