Ahead of today’s meeting of Congress to certify the electoral college votes, there is a growing contingent of GOP senators and representatives in the House who intend to object to the certification.
Today in a tweet, President Trump’s son, Eric Trump, vowed to primary any congressional representative who doesn’t object to the certification process.
“I will personally work to defeat every single Republican Senator / Congressman who doesn’t stand up against this fraud – they will be primaried in their next election and they will lose,” Eric said.
Twitter tagged his tweet with the label that “This claim about election fraud is disputed.”

The tweet drew a large amount of support, including a Republican City Councilman in Marysville, Ohio, Aaron Carpenter, who replied, “Count me in, too, Eric. I’m with you in this fight for the future of our Country.”
