Michele Tafoya is guest hosting on “The View” as the show scrambles to replace Meghan McCain. It’s unclear if she is in the running to be a permanent co-host or not. But many fans of the show (yeah, we’re surprised there are actual fans of this show too) are furious.
That’s because, at some point in history, Tafoya apparently supported firing Colin Kaepernick from the NFL for disrespecting the United States of America by kneeling at the behest of the rioting group, Black Lives Matter.
Some may argue that the BLM group is more than just rioters. But there are also many reports that they work a lot with the Democrat Party and much of the money they raise doesn’t go directly to the causes they allegedly champion.
This means the group may be playing both sides. Others may argue Kaepernick wasn’t supporting BLM so much as he was for victims of alleged police brutality, and if true, many still think there are better venues to support that cause than kneeling during the national anthem.
Many also don’t like the way the former NFL player painted all police as bad. Clearly, viewers of “The View” don’t agree with Tafoya, and don’t want her back, at all, as can be easily seen on Twitter.

In Oct. 2021, Tafoya spent a week in the coveted guest host chair. She famously got into a tiff with the co-hosts over an unvaccinated family member. Fans called her out for her lack of understanding towards science and her views being perceived as spreading misinformation amid the pandemic.
On Day 2 of her hosting duties, the audience booed her. The booing came from audience members after she said Colin Kaepernick deserved to be fired by the NFL due to him taking a knee.
“I think all of us can agree that there is probably a lot to this story we still don’t know,” Tafoya said to the audience. No one was in agreement.
Fans don’t want her to return…at all
As if Whoopi Goldberg missing two weeks on the show wasn’t enough to get the audience in an uproar, they are even more upset about Tafoya’s return. Social media users are making their disgust loud and clear.
