Last year at the State of the Union, then President Donald Trump honored his friend Rush Limbaugh, who at the time was recently diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. It’s customary at these events for the Democrats and Republicans to sometimes clap for the other side when there are things that everyone can agree are worth applause, and other times the parties often sit quietly when the other side is talking.
One would think that even though talk show host legend Rush Limbaugh was a staunch conservative, the fact that he was dying, and being honored by the President of the United States for being such a cultural icon would bring applause from both sides.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) couldn’t even find it in her heart to clap her hands or pay Limbaugh’s moment one iota of respect, probably due to her hatred for Donald Trump and need to appeased her radical left fan base. This is the same event that Nancy Pelosi ripped up the State of the Union Papers on live TV standing behind Donald Trump and besides then Vice President Mike Pence.
Today we reported on the left-wing hatred that Pelosi probably added some fuel to by ignoring such a beautiful moment at that event when many of her supporters lashed out against Rush the moment his death was announced on Twitter and in the news.
It’s hard to add much commentary to this other than it’s sad to see so much division and hatred, and we’ll leave you with this short clip:

Although President Trump lost to Joe Biden in 2020, Democrats lost many House seats and Republicans may take back the House in 2022 if conditions are right, causing Pelosi to once again lose her Speakership position. Time will only tell if this situation manifests accordingly which would give the GOP some reprieve from Pelosi and her attitude.
