Franklin Graham Congratulates Chick-Fil-A For Being Named America’s Favorite Restaurant For the 8th Consecutive Year

Evangelist Franklin Graham today congratulated Chick-Fil-A for being named America’s favorite restaurant for the 8th consecutive year in a viral Facebook post.

Graham shared an article on the designation and declared, “You can’t beat their chicken sandwich!”

“And I always appreciate that their restaurants are clean—that means a lot,” Graham noted.

Graham then explained that he believes “God has blessed their Christian heritage and principles.”

“I knew Truett Cathy and his family and pray that they will continue to be a bright light to all of their customers and the business world for many years to come,” Graham concluded, mentioning the late founder of the fast-food restaurant.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Restaurant Study 2021-2022 measured customer satisfaction among more than 20,000 randomly selected customers between April 2021 and March 2022.

On a scale of 0 to 100, Chick-fil-A led all restaurants with an unchanged ACSI score of 83, and the index  described Chick-fil-A’s perpetually high ranking as a “stranglehold on the fast-food industry.”

Despite being the largest grossing fast food restaurant in America according to a 2019 article, McDonald’s dropped 3% and held onto its last-place ranking with a score of 68.

Chick-Fil-A is the second-largest grossing fast food restaurant in America, although, the fast-food restaurant only had 2,470 locations versus 13,846 locations for Mcdonald’s.
