Glenn Beck Gives His Opinion on Tucker Carlson Firing, Says Any Message Going Against the ‘Government-Approved Narrative WILL be Destroyed’

Popular conservative icon Glenn Beck gave his opinion on how and why Tucker Carlson was fired. He believes it boils down to going against the “government-approved narrative,” and those who go against it “will be destroyed” in his view.

Beck laid out the timeline he saw:

“The past few weeks at Fox News, the timeline of events is a little telling,” he started.

“First of all, back in February, Blackrock decided to invest in Fox. On Tuesday, Fox settled a lawsuit for $787 million. On Thursday, Dan Bongino announced he was leaving Fox because they just couldn’t come up with any kind of contract for him. On Sunday AOC went on MSNBC where she blamed Fox News for the incitement of violence.”

“Later that day, ’60 Minutes’ ran a story with Ray Epps where he said Tucker Carlson was, quote, ‘trying to destroy my life.’ And yesterday it was announced that he [Tucker Carlson] was leaving Fox News.”

Beck shook his head and asked, “Now what does that tell you?”

“That tells you a very clear message; if a media outlet refuses to follow the government-approved narrative, they will be destroyed. Real questions will not be tolerated. This is exactly why I started ‘Blaze TV’,” Beck shared.

“I know what Tucker is going through right now. My guess is they gave him an option, you know you can do the show our way or your way and he said, highway please,” Beck speculated.

Beck then went on the offensive, “I don’t know about you but I am tired of the Biden crime family and Hillary Clinton and everybody else getting away with everything that they have done, with zero accountability, zero scrutiny in the media. I’m tired of the political narratives being fed through the media outlets. And then spun as some sort of actual journalism. I’m tired of it, you’re tired of it. That’s great, that’s great. It’s finally burning itself down to the ground.”

Beck shared the clip on Twitter:

The sudden ousting of Fox News’ top-rated anchor has some celebrating while others are shocked. Everyone seems to be speculating as to why exactly the move was made by Fox News. Beck is just one of many other journalists guessing as to why Fox News made the move.
