Gretchen Carlson Attends Biden’s Workplace Sexual Misconduct Overhaul Bill Signing

Former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson attended Joe Biden’s workplace sexual misconduct overhaul bill signing.

Officially, the bill is known as the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021.

Carlson quote tweeted a clip of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) signing the bill yesterday to send it to Biden’s desk.

“Yes! I will be at the White House tomorrow with @POTUS when he makes this bill the law of the land! On behalf of all survivors and all future women & men who will no longer be silenced — this is victory!” Carlson declared.

In a tweet just prior to the ceremony, Carlson said that she was, “About to meet with @potus before we go out in stage to sign the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and (Sexual) Harassment Act at the White House along w/ other survivors.”

“What a day,” Carlson added.

It is reported that the legislation, once signed into law, will end the use of forced arbitration clauses specifically for sexual harassment and sexual assault claims.

It will allow victims the option of bringing up the dispute in federal, tribal, or state court and will also apply retroactively to previously resolved cases unless the cases are pending.

According to a White House official, more than 60 million workers are subject to mandatory arbitration clauses in the workplace, often without realizing it until they come forward to bring a claim against their employer.

At the end of January, we reported that Carlson bashed her former employer, specifically Tucker Carlson, during an interview with CNN’s Jim Acosta.
