We reported on Tuesday that Trump supporter and former NFL running back Herschel Walker has officially filed to run for U.S. Senate in Georgia against Democrat Raphael Warnock.
Yesterday, Walker dropped a patriotic ad for his campaign, making the announcement official and he vowed to keep the American dream alive.
In a tweet where he shared the video, Walker said, “I am just a kid from Wrightsville, Georgia, who has lived the American Dream.”
“Now, I’m running as a Republican for the United States Senate to keep that dream alive for everybody,” Walker added.
Notthebee.com transcribed parts of the video and added their own commentary as well:
I don’t know about you, but that’s exactly the kind of ad I want to hear right now.
I learned discipline, faith in God, and the value of hard work.
You can practically hear the shrieks of the woke mob now.
Politicians pit American against American. Rich vs. poor. Black vs. white. Urban vs. rural. I don’t believe in that garbage. It’s a lie.
I’m a conservative, not because someone told me to be. I’m a conservative because I believe in smaller government, a strong military, personal responsibility, and making sure all people have the opportunity to pursue their dreams. That’s an America worth fighting for.
Somewhere, a woke cult member is punching a wall.

Last night, Walker appeared on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show and the longtime host called Walker a leader and endorsed him.
“You have my support, unless you don’t want it and it would hurt you,” Hannity said.
