Ice Cube Says CNN Can’t Handle the Truth After They Cancel His Appearance on Heels of Trump ‘Partnership’

Not a Trump supporter per se, Ice Cube has starting wheeling and dealing. He reported recently that he wanted to talk to the Democrats about their plan for how they would help Black Americans and they sent him on his merry way, saying he should come back after the election.

Cube, not one for being pushed around says he went to the Trump administration instead, and unlike the Democrats, they gave him the time of day. This paved the way for an unlikely alliance where Ice Cube was able to get some of his ideas pushed into the Trump campaign’s plans.

Cube recently posted a video saying he doesn’t trust either side and although the Democrats have been cordial with Black Americans and have paid lip service to things like police brutality, he wants to bring more money into the black community. Many on the right may not see this as the right move for Republicans and would call it pandering to someone who some might label as a Black Supremacist.

Nevertheless, this is surely making liberal heads explode proverbially, which any Trump supporter can enjoy, despite how they feel on Ice Cube and his constant criticism of the Trump administration until recently.

Ice Cube is now claiming that CNN is canceling an interview he had scheduled with Chris Cuomo, and is putting two and two together to make the assertion that perhaps they are livid with him for even having a dialogue with the Trump campaign in the first place. It’s not a shock to most that CNN is a left-leaning news network that bashes Trump almost every chance they can get. He tweeted:

“So the POWERS that be cancelled my interview on @CuomoPrimeTime tonight. I’ve actually been ban from @CNN for a few months so I was surprised they even asked. But it seems like they can’t handle the truth.”

It’s unlikely that Ice Cube will be wearing a MAGA hat anytime soon. That being said though, the Democrat party of Nancy Pelosi may want to take another look at their approach, and stop taking for granted the support of the minority community while outreach appears to be potentially garnering some unlikely alliances ahead of the major November third re-election.

Cube still insists in a recent tweet that he hasn’t endorsed anyone, Joe Biden or Donald Trump, or even Kanye West for that matter. He is saying that no matter who wins this upcoming election, he wants a seat at the table. This is respectable from a business perspective, no matter where you stand on the political spectrum with the rapper.

“Black progress is a bipartisan issue. When we created the Contract With Black America we excepted to talk to both sides of the aisle. Talking truth to power is part of the process” he also tweeted out recently, hitting back at some of his fans who are accusing him of supporting Trump.
