Ice T Laughs At Suggestion That He Could Be Canceled For Appearing on SNL With Dave Chappelle

Comedian Dave Chappelle is set to guest host Saturday Night Live tonight and his scheduled appearance has liberals triggered.

Not only that, but many of the writers of the show have reportedly gone on strike and are protesting the show.

However, according to Chappelle’s rep, during a Tuesday meeting, “The room was full of writers. They all pitched ideas and they seemed very excited about it. … Dave is looking to have some fun.”

Actor and rapper Ice T, however, is not afraid to take part in the show with Chappelle and he announced his appearance as a special guest yesterday.

Ice T announced in a tweet “Oh sh*t… Tomorrow night with @DaveChappelle” and also shared a picture that showed his name on a placard for the show.

Rapper Sir Mix-A-Lot told Ice T in response, “Oh f*ck yeah um watchin’ this sh*t 4 real.”

Although the other replies were pretty tame, Ice T declared in a recent tweet, “Somebody said they’re gonna CANCEL me after doing SNL with Dave Chappelle..”

Ice T then laughed at the suggestion as he added, “LOL! These MFs have been trying to Cancel me for over 30yrs!”

One Twitter user asked in response, “Cancel you over what. It’s the first time I’m looking forward to watching Saturday night live in years.”

  1. I’m not sure I ever watched an entire SNL (just not that funny) but I’m going to try tonight. Love these guys giving the finger to cancel culturists.

  2. Writers strike! Possibility show may be funny.
