Couple in Boise Plans to Track Down Person Who Vandalized Their Home for Having a Trump Flag

Title updated 7:14 PM ET 7/21/2020 to remove ‘immigrant’ as the couple is an American born couple.

An innocent couple enjoying their lives in the quiet and beautiful city of Boise, Idaho received a shock when they found out their home was vandalized by people, likely because of their ‘Trump 2020’ flag. Robert and Janet Tatilian say they are first-generation Americans.

They are peaceful people who wouldn’t destroy someone else’s property just because they didn’t agree with who they were voting for. But that honor system that normally holds true in the mostly Republican state of Idaho was not extended to them in their hometown of Boise.

Boise is a beautiful, fast-growing city, but it’s also home to most of the left-leaning voters in the state. As you can see with Robert and Janet though, there are still red-blooded ‘Trump-supporting’ patriots residing within the city as well.

This being the case, the Tatilians are not happy about what has been done to their home. Although it doesn’t appear to be major damage, and they are keeping their calm, they hope to be able to find fingerprints and track down the people responsible for this and hold them accountable, with the assistance of the Boise Police Department. CBS 2 Idaho News reported on the vandalism details, saying:

Mustard and cheese spray smeared all over their property. All because they decided to fly a Trump Flag.

There also appeared to be remnants of egg and eggshells from eggs being thrown as well. They also were able to get footage on their security cams of the incident, which you can see on the original story by CBS 2 Idaho News here. In the video, they were interviewed by Channel 2.

Janet says she’s part of the silent majority and that people are afraid to voice their opinion. She doesn’t plan to be quiet though. Watch:

Robert Tatilian, who serves in the reserves for the Boise County Sheriff’s Office, had this to say to the local news channel:

“I might not vote for somebody, but I’m not going to destroy property over it,” Robert said. “I’m not going to yell at people. If someone wants to talk to me, I’ll talk to them about it, but that’s where we leave it. I’d say that’s where 99% of the population leaves it.”

Janet plans to continue flying her flags and hopes the people who vandalized their home get caught before they hit someone else’s property. It’s unclear if Antifa or any organized group was to blame, but if the Police catch them, more details are likely to come.
