Jarome Bell Slams Progressive, Pro-LGBT Primary Opponent Jen Kiggans Who Told Him Not to Run for Congress and That he ‘Has His Place’

Republican Jarome Bell, who we previously reported announced his run for Congress in the 2nd Congressional District of Virginia against Democrat Elaine Luria, has a new primary opponent. Jen Kiggans, backed by the RINO establishment in the Virginia Beach GOP and the deeply connected Stolle family, has roots in law enforcement, politics, big donations, and more.

Bell has already been endorsed by America First stalwart U.S. House Rep Paul Gosar (R-AZ) as well.

In a statement, Bell told Media Right News this about Kiggans and the state of the GOP in the 2nd Congressional District of Virginia, which is why he’s running. Bell likened Kiggans to his former primary opponent and former Congressman Scott Taylor.

Taylor arguably lost his seat in part due to antics from a volunteer staffer, who was accused of attacking fellow Republicans with racist and sexist internet stalking over a long, well-documented period of time, in an effort to bolster previous primary races for Taylor. That same man was eventually disavowed by the Taylor camp and went on a sign removing profanity-laced rampage. Kacz, the man mentioned, also previously signaled support for Kiggans as well in other previous political races.

Kiggans is a progressive Republican who has stances much like Democrats on many social issues, as recently reported here by National File.

Bell told us:

In a sad THIRD repeat of choosing loser Scott Taylor as the nominee in Virginia’s 2nd district, the swamp creatures at the NRCC — Desperate to see the Trump era end — have recruited and hand-picked liberal GOP establishment politician in an effort to lose the general election again to Democrat Elaine Luria. Virginia’s 2nd district needs a fighter — not a far-left liberal Democrat masquerading as a Republican who has remained silent as Communist Democrats have set to destroying our republic. I’m America first conservative that will not sway progressive like my opponent will as proof of her General Assembly voting record

Jarome Bell

Bell also told us that after a phone call with Kiggans, in which she told him that he’ll have “his place” and that the 2nd District Congressional race in Virginia needs to be a “fight between two Navy chicks”, he is now more motivated than ever. Bell himself is a Black man and also a Navy veteran. So which thing about him is she against, The Black, the man, or both? Hard to say for sure.

It will be interesting indeed to see how this primary race turns out, as Bell has a large social media following and good name recognition, while Kiggans is only known among local circles who are bolstered by the Virginia Beach GOP and special interest donors. Kiggans is currently a Virginia state senator as well, for the 7th Legislative District.
