John Rich Mocked Brad Paisley for doing the bidding of the “uniparty” in the eyes of many on the America First right. Rich shared DC Draino’s tweet about Paisley performing in Ukraine alongside Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV). He added, “I just hope Brad brought a few cases of #BudLight to the party:)”
DC Draino’s full tweet read, “Just in case you didn’t already hate Brad Paisley enough for teaming up with Jill Biden to push vaccines, here he is singing in Ukraine with Sen. Joe Manchin He won’t play any songs in East Palestine, but he’ll play in Kiev?!”
Like many, Paisley has focused on the war in Ukraine. Paisley even released a song featuring Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelensky. The song wasn’t well received by Paisley’s fan base this hasn’t phased the country music singer. He has now traveled to Ukraine to perform and shake hands with Zelensky.
Washington D.C. continues to send money and equipment to Ukraine and the conflict between Ukraine and Russia has been labeled the United States Proxy war. Many Americans are hurting as inflation continues, but D.C. doesn’t seem too worried about those at home from a PR standpoint.
To some, it feels that D.C. has given Zelensky a blank check. While he may not immediately get what he asks for, it seems those in political power in the United States are pushing hard to get them what they want.
Most fair minded folks are against the war. Americans are simply tired of being the world police. This used to be a Democrat talking point but apparently it’s not anymore.
