In a tweet yesterday, Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton suggested that Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg should “follow Elon Musk’s lead.”
Since taking over Twitter, Musk has been restoring free speech for those on both sides of the political aisle and recently revealed how the previous management sought to suppress it, prior to the 2020 election specifically.
“Zuckerberg should follow @ElonMusk‘s lead,” Fitton declared in the tweet.
In response, conservative author Buzz Patterson seconded the idea and said, “He should. He won’t, but he should.”

Former NYPD commissioner Bernard Kerik also expressed doubt that Zuckerberg would as he told Fitton in response, “He can’t! He’s leading the charge for the left!”

However, Zuckerberg, like Musk, recently called out Apple’s App Store, which he said presents a conflict of interest.
Zuckerberg made the comments during an interview at the New York Times DealBook conference.
“It is problematic for one company to be able to control what app experiences end up on a device,” Zuckerberg insisted.
Zuckerberg added that the “vast majority of profits in mobile ecosystem go toward Apple.”
Musk has been critical of Apple as far back as May this year when he said that “Apple’s store is like having a 30% tax on the Internet. Definitely not ok.”
