Kyle Rittenhouse Curfew Charge in Kenosha Shooting Trial Has Been Dismissed

The trial for Kyle Rittenhouse in regards to three men he allegedly shot, two of whom died, is ongoing. We have been reporting on the ongoing situation with various stories.

Ethan Ralph, the famous host of the Ralph Retort, who has been following this trial minute by minute, just tweeted out:

“BREAKING: CURFEW CHARGE AGAINST RITTENHOUSE DISMISSED”

This is a breaking and developing situation, and this article is pending updates. Rittenhouse still has to face other, bigger charges related to the shooting of three men.

Only time will tell how that goes, but the case for the prosecution has not been going well, despite reports of possible jury intimidation. He was originally charged with breaking curfew in addition to other charges.

See our earlier stories:

Kyle Rittenhouse was originally charged after showing up to a Jacob Blake protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He said he was going to protect businesses from rioters and looters but ended up allegedly shooting three and killing two. Rittenhouse’s defense is that it was self-defense.

Many have argued that he should not have been breaking curfew and that he wasn’t of legal age to have that particular gun for self-defense, even though many of those same people don’t believe it was actually self-defense.

This case has been very divisive amongst Americans culturally.

Many think the rioters and looters that day were peaceful, others don’t think so. Ultimately the jury will decide and we hope it’s an unbiased decision after reports of possible jury tampering. Stay tuned for more updates.
