Yesterday, U.S. House Rep Lance Gooden (R-TX) condemned a report that Dr. Anthony Fauci will reportedly be set to receive $350,000 per year in retirement pension when he steps down in a tweet.
Gooden pointed out that Americans laid-off by vaccine mandates “will get $0” instead, asserting that it seems like a raw deal.
Liberals descended on the tweet to come to Fauci’s defense, including Twitter user “J.Manford” who suggested, “And he deserves every cent.”
And he deserves every cent.

Twitter user Mark Morgan told Gooden, “The people who die because of unvaccinated people will get no pension either. It’s a ridiculous comparison. Just get the vaccine and stop the ridiculousness.”

Just get the vaccine and stop the ridiculousness.
Verified Twitter user Louis J. Marinelli, the founder of the Calexit movement, however, had a different take and declared that Fauci wouldn’t be receiving his pension “if he’s arrested and convicted of his crimes.”
Not if he's arrested and convicted of his crimes.

According to a Forbes estimate, Fauci is set to rake in the highest-ever federal government retirement package in U.S. history with his annual payment exceeding $350,000.
For two consecutive years, Fauci has been the highest compensated federal employee, making $417,608 in 2019 and $434,312 in 2020.
Fauci even out-earned the president, who makes $400,000 per year, four-star generals, and the rest of his roughly 4.3 million colleagues in the federal government.
