U.S. House Rep Lauren Boebert (R-CO) mocked former DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile for comments that she made yesterday on ABC’s “This Week.”
As we previously reported, Brazile claimed that in the midterms, Democrats “Are running on an economy that’s roaring back, that is fighting inflation, that is helping the Ukrainians.”
“Democrats will run on what they delivered, Republicans will run on the fumes of 2020,” Brazile insisted.
Boebert was not convinced and in a tweet, she noted, “Donna Brazile seems to think that Democrats are going to be running on the economy in the midterms.”
“This is the worst economy in a generation. Republicans can only hope that they make the mistake of running on this disaster,” Boebert emphasized.

This is the worst economy in a generation.
Republicans can only hope that they make the mistake of running on this disaster.
In a recent interview, Economics expert Christopher Thornberg, a founding partner of Beacon Economics, said that prices will continue to rise on virtually everything.
“The money supply has expanded like crazy and now anytime even a small ripple hits, for example a bump in oil prices, it suddenly gets ricocheted all over the economy and you end up, of course, with something on the order of an 8.5% year-over-year inflation rate,” Thornberg explained.
Driven by fears of an overheating economy, the Federal Reserve Monetary Committee has signaled six rate hikes this year in addition to the first delivered last month.
While there is optimism as an additional 431,000 jobs were added last month, a recent study estimated the U.S. workforce is still “missing” about 3.5 million workers.
