U.S. House Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) responded to a report that the United States is expected to “announce one of its largest military aid packages for Ukraine”.
Boebert responded, “We’re over $100 billion into this war and not a single audit has been performed. Republicans need to put an end to this.”

Republicans need to put an end to this.
The United States has sent more money in aid to Ukraine than any other nation has sent, and from the sounds of it the plan is to keep the money rolling into Ukraine’s war.
A few in Congress are calling for an audit of the billions of dollars that have been sent to aid Ukraine in its war effort, at least before sending any more.
According to CNN, the next aid package isn’t finalized but could be by the end of the week. It would include more armored Bradley Fighting Vehicles as well as Strykers.
According to Colin Kahl, undersecretary of defense, “What we’re trying to look at is the mix of armored and mechanized forces that make sense.”
Ukrainian officials have been begging Washinton for Army Tactical Missile System. The Biden administration has not committed to sending them for fear of escalating the conflict with Russia.
While plans to send more aid to Ukraine seem to be in the works, the calls for an audit of all the spending seem to fall on deaf ears.
