Lincoln Project Hack and Trump Hater Rick Wilson Slammed by Ilhan Omar for Past ‘Anti-Muslim’ Comment

In the immediate aftermath of the chaotic 2020 elections ‘The Squad’, is all over the place. AOC is saying she may not stay in politics after moderate Democrats showed a lack of support.

Meanwhile, Both Democrat Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar are taking to Twitter to trash various aspects of the anti-Trump Republican “Lincoln Project”.

There may be some who have wrongfully assumed that if they simply go against President Trump they are shielded from any and all scrutiny from the constant attacks from the radical left. This couldn’t be further from the truth, and unfortunately for the smug and hypocritical Rick Wilson, his past comments are coming to bite him in the butt.

We won’t even quote what he appears to have tweeted in 2014 but you can see it in the Ilhan Omar retweet where she says:

“Here’s the deal: They might have helped get rid of Trump but we are gonna need more than a prayer to rid this violent mindset from our country. This is just vile.” See tweet:

Although we are not fans of Omar, this is certainly not a good look for Wilson. This may mean that for anti-Trump Republicans like him, there may be no place for them in the political realm for safe harbor. The GOP is largely the party of Trump now, despite the apparent outcome of the election which is still being disputed by the Trump campaign.

Recently AOC basically tried to shake down the Lincoln Project, implying they need to turn over all their money to pure leftists.

“It’s not too late for them to do the right thing. Lincoln Project should take the L and publicly pledge to give a lot of their fundraising to the people who actually made a big difference.”

The political future of the United States is on rocky ground. One thing is for sure, the people who turn on their own get more net ire than anyone else in the end. One thing to add, ironically, Rick Wilson was recently on 60 minutes talking about ‘racism’ in the GOP, saying that “Donald Trump has catalyzed a very dark aspect of the Republican Party”.

He went to talk about, in so many words, how the GOP has failed to purge racists. WATCH:
