New Poll Spells Doom For Democrats in Nevada as Republicans Appear Poised to Take Back the State

A new poll has the Democrats reeling in Nevada as Republicans appear poised to take back the state, according to the results.

The poll from the Nevada Independent-OH Predictive Insights was released yesterday and shows the Republicans in the lead for all seats that are up for grabs in November.

That includes one U.S. Senate seat as well as the top four seats in the state, Governor, Lt. Gov., Attorney General, and Secretary of State.

Former President Donald Trump is set to appear in Minden, Nevada on Oct. 8 to campaign for GOP Senate nominee Adam Laxalt and gubernatorial nominee Joe Lombardo.

Republicans only need to pick up one seat to take back control of the Senate and Nevada could do that, although they are at risk in other states.

Laxalt’s opponent, U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) went on the offensive today as she declared in a tweet, “.@AdamLaxalt thinks it’s okay for politicians to take away a woman’s freedom to make her own health care decisions.”

“He’s wrong. And we’re going to beat him this November and fight to defend the right to choose,” Cortez Masto insisted.

Laxalt shared a clip of himself speaking to Maria Bartiromo yesterday and said, “My opponent is trying to pretend that she supports the police in an election year but the reality is she didn’t stand with them when they needed her most.”

“As I told @MariaBartiromo, this is why law enforcement officers in this state are abandoning @CortezMasto & supporting me,” Laxalt added.
