Newt Gingrich Puts Pelosi on Notice, Predicts That Jan. 6 ‘Lynch-Mob’ Will Face ‘A Real Risk of Jail’ After Midterms

Newt Gingrich triggered liberals today during an appearance on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo’s show “Sunday Morning Futures.”

Gingrich predicted that the House’s Jan. 6 Select Committee will face “a real risk of jail” after the midterms, where it appears Republicans will take back control of Congress.

In a clip shared in a tweet, Gingrich began, “You’re going to have a Republican majority in the House and a Republican majority in the Senate, and all these people that have been so tough and so mean and so nasty are going to be delivered subpoenas.”

The subpoenas, Gingrich claimed would be for “every document, every conversation, every tweet, every email, because I think it’s clear that these are people who are just running over the law, pursuing innocent people, causing them to spend thousands and thousands of legal fees for no justification.”

“It’s basically a lynch-mob and unfortunately, the Attorney General of the United States has joined that lynch-mob and is totally misusing the FBI and I think when you have a Republican Congress, this is all going to come crashing down,” Gingrich explained.

Gingrich concluded, “The wolves are going to find out that they are now sheep and they’re the ones who are, in fact, I think, face a real risk of jail with the kind of laws they are breaking.”

“Climate” leader and Verified Twitter user Joseph Robertson was one of those who were triggered and said of the video, “Newt Gingrich is actively participating in an illegal effort to aid insurrectionists by obstructing ongoing investigations & by making menacing threats.”

“This is not political analysis or free speech; this is open incitement of illegal activity to subvert our democracy,” Robertson insisted.

Tara Dublin, who describes herself as a “Democrat” and is another verified Twitter user, quote tweeted the video and declared, “Newt Gingrich is a philandering traitor.”
