Many supporters of Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis’ failing presidential campaign tried to tie former Republican South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley to Donald Trump as a possible Vice Presidential pick.
While many people have been speculated on in Trump world such as Kristi Noem, Tucker Carlson, Byron Donalds or Vivek Ramaswamy, Trump hasn’t picked yet.
MAGA does not want Haley as she played a role in changing the SC flag, supported the Bubba Wallace hoax and is thought to be too pro war.
But DeSantis’ supporters Hail Mary attempt to tie Trump to Haley failed with an old resurfaced Truth from September of last year:
“MAGA, or I, will never go for Birdbrain Nikki Haley. No loyalty, plenty of lies! “I will never run against our great President,” she said,“he has done an outstanding job.” To which I responded,“How nice of you to say, Nikki,” knowing full well that her words mean nothing. She even came to Mar-a-Lago with her family, “bearing gifts.” Anyway, Birdbrain doesn’t have the TALENT or TEMPERAMENT to do the job. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Trump has been dominating both in the primary and general election polls for the 2024 presidential race. It’s clear that DeSantis supporters and those who turned their backs to Donald Trump are bitter and desperate and will soon realize how badly they messed up.
