Pelosi Goes Off the Rails, Says Trump is the Hoax, Not Russia, on MSNBC Show

A day after President Trump called the allegations of Russia placing a bounty on American soldiers is a hoax, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi went on MSNBC and said that “the president himself is a hoax.”

Pelosi told MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle, “He’ll say this is a hoax, and it’s a hoax that [Russia is] 24/7 trying to disrupt our elections like they did in 2016. He says that Coronavirus is a hoax. The fact is, the president himself is a hoax.”

“Let’s hope that the Gang of Eight shows up, open to hear the truth, the facts, the intelligence, and that ‘Moscow Mitch’ doesn’t show up, but the leader of the Republicans in the Senate comes with an open mind,” she added.

Trump tweeted yesterday, “The Russia Bounty story is just another made up by Fake News tale that is told only to damage me and the Republican Party. The secret source probably does not even exist, just like the story itself. If the discredited @nytimes has a source, reveal it. Just another HOAX!”

He also tweeted again saying that “’No corroborating evidence to back reports.’ Department of Defense. Do people still not understand that this is all a made up Fake News Media Hoax started to slander me & the Republican Party. I was never briefed because any info that they may have had did not rise to that level.”
