He was booked in the Multnomah County Detention Center today, shortly after 8:30 a.m. local time, according to jail records.
From Fox News:
Police later confirmed the arrest in a press release shared on Twitter.
“I am pleased the suspect in this case turned himself in and appreciate all of the efforts to facilitate this safe resolution,” said PPB Chief Chuck Lovell. “Thank you to all of the members of the public who have provided information and tips to our investigators. Your assistance is very much appreciated.”
Many were skeptical of whether or not Love will end up serving jail time or if he will be prosecuted to the fullest. Also, a black lives matter supporter who appears to be local to Portland tried to distance Love from the movement.
He will be released soon. It’s Portland where criminals run the city.

No known connection? He’s been at the “protests” every night prior to this claiming to be “security”. There are dozens of streams of him harassing & assaulting ppl on different occasions.

So is the dumb as a** DA planning on releasing him with no bond like all the others arrested or will he actually face a consequence?

Portland DA Mike Schmidt had said on Monday that the horrifying attack “will not be tolerated.”
Schmidt said at the time, “Assaults will not be tolerated in our community. The videos recently posted to social media that show a person being violently pushed to the ground from behind and another person being kicked in the face are extremely concerning.”
Earlier this month, he had said that his office would not prosecute certain crimes stemming from the ongoing nightly protests in the city. He did however say at the time that violence would not be acceptable.
