Randy Quaid Calls Alec Baldwin ‘Negligent’ for Pulling Trigger on Weapon Pointed at Someone

Actor Alec Baldwin appears eager to shift the blame from his on-set deadly shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins during the filming of the movie “Rust” onto the assistant director who handed him a gun loaded with live ammunition.

Conservative actor Randy Quaid, however, tweeted today that he doesn’t care what type of gun was handed to Baldwin and that he would never have handled a gun the same way.

Quaid insisted, “Alec Baldwin is negligent. Sorry, but I would not have rehearsed by pulling the trigger on a weapon pointed at someone—even a cold one.”

Baldwin has twice now retweeted stories that put him in a positive light and pin the blame on assistant director, Dave Halls.

In addition, in his most recent retweet, Baldwin shared a video unrelated to his situation, perhaps an attempt to get back to “normal,” where it is advocated that teachers should make a “bazillion dollars a year.”

A Fox News exclusive stated that last night Baldwin and his wife had dinner and drinks at a Vermont bar that was closed to the public.

So far, the Sante Fe District Attorney, who appears to be a Democrat, Mary Carmack-Altwies, has yet to file any charges over the shooting death.
