Sidney Powell Declares ‘Victory’ After Bush Appointed Judge Orders Georgia to Temporarily Stop Clearing Voting Machines

Trump legal team attorney Lin Wood just made a major announcement that a Georgia judge ruled that voting machines are to be stopped from being wiped or reset.

Attorney Sidney Powell retweeted Wood’s tweet tagging various Georgia officials and which said that it’s “Time to obey the law. Stop the destruction of evidence.”

In the retweet, Powell declared “Victory for #TeamKraken in #Georgia Judge Batten just issued restraining order to stop reset of machines Corrupt #FultonCounty trying to destroy evidence and reset machines right now.”

Judge Timothy Batten is a George W. Bush appointee who has handled several recent voting rights cases in Georgia.

The lawsuit appears be part of a number that was reported on Thursday as being filed by Powell and was brought on behalf of five Georgia Republicans who would have been electors had Trump won, and two party officials: Jason Shepherd of the Cobb GOP and B.J. Van Gundy, assistant secretary of the state party.

AJC reporter Greg Bluestein criticized the filing for having spelling errors and other issues, but of course, there are pages of legal documents that have been produced in a very short time.

Earlier today, President Trump told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo that he feels the FBI and the DOJ are “missing in action” on claims of massive fraud in the 2020 election.

Bartiromo asked, “You’ve laid out serious charges here. Shouldn’t FBI be investigating? The DOJ?” Trump responded, “Missing in action, can’t tell you where they are.”
