In a unanimous 9-0 decision today, the Supreme Court overrode a decision to remove former President and GOP frontrunner Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado.
The move was predicted, but still deals a crushing blow to an effort by Democrats to prevent Trump from potentially becoming president again.
Fox News’ Kayleigh McEnany reported onbthe ruling in a post on X:
”In a 9-0, UNANIMOUS decision, the Supreme Court rules that Colorado cannot disqualify Trump from the ballot.”
“The judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court therefore cannot stand. All nine Members of the Court agree with that result.”

”Vindication at last. President Trump will remain on the Colorado ballot,” Boebert declared.
Boebert explained, “The SCOTUS has made their ruling official. Yet another swing and miss from the looney left. TRUMP 2024”
