Supreme Court Votes 6-3 to Block Biden Admin Workplace Vaccine Mandate, Wendy Rogers Calls For Lawsuits Against ‘Large Corporations’

In a 6-3 vote, the Supreme Court blocked the Biden administration’s workplace vaccine mandate today, dealing a blow to the liberal agenda.

Clay Travis called the news a “Huge win for federalism and the constitutional rule of law in this country.”

The Supreme Court said in their opinion that they disagreed with The Sixth Circuit Court’s conclusion “that a stay of the rule was not justified.”

Arizona GOP State Sen Wendy Rogers reported, “U.S. Supreme Court blocks Biden’s federal vaccine-or-test mandate for large businesses.”

“Some people are going to make a lot of money off of these large corporations. Sue sue sue,” Rogers declared.

Pennsylvania GOP State Sen Doug Mastriano also celebrated the news and lobbied for his state to now pass a new law in his state to stand up for workers against vaccine mandates.

“Great news! Now let’s pass the Medical Freedom Act (SB 471) in Pennsylvania so that NOBODY loses their job for being unvaccinated,” Mastriano urged.
