A brewery in Conroe, Texas recently canceled an anti-censorship event featuring Kyle Rittenhouse as a special guest.
The cancellation came after the “Rally Against Censorship” event was brought to the attention of leftists, who disagreed with the brewery hosting it.
Although it seems likely that a woke mob is behind the cancellation, the CEO of the brewery has denied that being the case.
Rittenhouse sounded off following the cancellation in a tweet where he said, “It’s really disappointing to see that places continue to censor me and not allow my voice and many other voices to be heard because they bend to the woke crowd.”
However, Rittenhouse remains hopeful that the event will be held elsewhere as he added, “I’ll keep you guys updated on the event on the 26th that I was supposed to speak at.”

Not long thereafter, Rittenhouse shared that he had been blocked by the company just because he called them out “for censorship.”

Rittenhouse didn’t waste any time calling the brewery out further as he then tweeted along with a screenshot of the event that was held in June 2022, “@SouthernStarBC claims to be apolitical and refuses to host a rally against censorship yet they host an annual pride party…”

According to the CEO, the brewery has now received threats since the cancellation which he says has reinforced his decision.
Southern Star Brewery CEO Dave Fougeron told the Texas Tribune in an interview yesterday, “It’s been kind of a shitstorm.”
“But now I’m more certain than ever that I made the right decision,” Fougeron insisted. A statement from the brewery said that they are “apolitical” and “don’t do rallies.”
One conservative wondered in response to a tweet that included the statement, “What specifically about this event doesn’t reflect your values?”
