President Trump has tweeted out now multiple times strongly condemning a decision by a federal appeals court to overturn the death penalty for one of the brothers responsible for the Boston Marathon bombing, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
Early this morning, he retweeted Sean Hannity who reported on the decision, saying “Death penalty! He killed and badly wounded many. Justice!”

He followed that up later by saying that “Rarely has anybody deserved the death penalty more than the Boston Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.”
He disagreed with how long the process was taking and said, “The Federal Government must again seek the Death Penalty in a do-over of that chapter of the original trial. Our Country cannot let the appellate decision stand.”
The Trump campaign then pointed out that Biden had “flip-flopped” on the death penalty after supporting it for “nearly half a century.” They said that he “would let this terrorist avoid justice!”
Rarely has anybody deserved the death penalty more than the Boston Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. The court agreed that this “was one of the worst domestic terrorist attacks since the 9/11 atrocities”. Yet the appellate court tossed out the death sentence. So many lives lost….

After nearly half a century of supporting the death penalty, Joe Biden flip flopped last year and is now against it.

Biden would let this terrorist avoid justice!
Indeed, Politico ran an article last year which said that “Biden’s support for the death penalty was consistent throughout his 30-plus years in the Senate.”
They wondered at the time “whether the stand” would hold and according to his campaign website, he wants to “eliminate the death penalty” if elected president.
