Prior to Joe Biden’s State of the Union address, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson had Victor Davis Hanson on his show.
Carlson asked Hanson, “Shouldn’t he include an apology tonight for the country?”
Hanson responded, “I would… I would say I’ve made a terrible error.”
“I’m sorry you’re paying record prices to commute, you can’t leave your home tonight. I cut nearly 3 million barrels almost of oil production,” Hanson continued.
Hanson then listed some other things that he felt Biden should apologize for including the Afghanistan debacle and inflation.
“So yeah, he owes an apology to the American people, but we’re not going to get it,” Hanson acknowledged.
Hanson concluded, “We’re gonna get more of the blame game, and everything’s good and incrementalism as I said. It’s tragic, it really is.”
