Fox News host Tucker Carlson often rags on political commentator and Washington Post Columnist Max Boot. Boot is, in Carlson’s view, the worst of both worlds politically. That is because he is left-wing, but also far too often pro-military interventionist, basically the polar opposite of Carlson’s stances much of the time, and the same with many of his viewers.
Recently, Tucker Carlson took to his show to slam United States Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, for his comments about Critical Race Theory, and “White rage”. Tucker went as far as to call Milley a “pig” and “stupid”, setting off commentators and “neo-cons” everywhere. Carlson has not been shy in the past to voice his opinions of Boot and has even had him on the show to do so in the past.
Boot was particularly offended this time. He even took to Twitter to use a line more commonly used by milquetoast Republicans, highlighting just how angry and triggered he clearly was by Carlson.
“@TuckerCarlson called Milley—a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan with degrees from Princeton and Columbia—“unimpressive.” “He’s not just a pig,” Carlson opined, “he’s stupid.” Imagine the hissy fit on the right if a member of the Squad said this.”

As we mentioned before, often GOP figureheads and influencers use the line, “imagine what would happen if the tables are turned” or “hyprocrisy!”. This begs the question of whether or not Tucker Carlson’s arguements and statements are so effective that the left is now clutching pearls the way many on the right often do.
Whether or not you agree with Carlson’s comments, many on the right could learn a thing or two about skipping past the usual arguments conservatives often use to make their points and go straight for the Tucker method, if they really want to make an impact anyway.
