Tulsi Gabbard Declares That Biden Has Done More Than Hillary Clinton to ‘Divide’ After Latest Speech in Georgia

Former U.S. House Rep Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) made her feelings known on the speech that Joe Biden gave yesterday in Georgia to lobby for the Senate to find a way to bypass the filibuster to pass Democrat-led voting bills.

Gabbard also remarked on how she felt 2016 Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, who is being considered for a possible 2024 run, divided Americans with some of her rhetoric.

“Hillary’s calling tens of millions of Americans deplorables was divisive & disgusting,” Gabbard declared in a tweet where she included a clip of Biden’s speech.

Gabbard pointed out, “But Biden has gone further, calling those who disagree with his actions & policies domestic enemies, traitors, and racists.”

“Biden promised to unite us, but he is doing all he can do divide us,” Gabbard lamented.

Left-wing Twitter users were not pleased with Gabbard’s words and “ScorpioRoze” told her to “Stop twisting his words to make yourself relevant.”

“POTUS is not calling anybody anything. He’s asking people to pick a side,” the anti-Trump Twitter user claimed in a reply.

In the clip shared by Gabbard, Biden said, “I will defend our right to vote against all enemies, foreign and yes domestic.”

“Consequential moments in history, they present a choice. Do you want to be on the side of Dr. King or George Wallace? Do you want to be on the side of John Lewis or Bull Connor? Do you want to be on the side of Abraham Lincoln or Jefferson Davis? This is the moment to decide. To defend our elections. To defend our democracy,” Biden insisted.

Democrats continue to try to use these sorts of arguments to keep power and exploit history to make it seem like there is a constant threat from the right.

They have a romance with being white knights coming to save the oppressed from the horrible “bigots” or whatever worse words they choose to use.
