Without Mentioning Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis States that he will Not Assist Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg with Indictment Extradition

Earlier we reported that former President and presidential candidate Donald Trump was indicted in far left Manhattan after D.A. Alvin Bragg pushed to rehash old charges that many say were bumped from a misdemeanor to a felony, possibly as political persecution.

Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has caught much flak for being quiet for the most part on this issue. Today he spoke out, and without mentioning Trump’s name, appears to be defending him to a degree…

DeSantis tweeted:

“The weaponization of the legal system to advance a political agenda turns the rule of law on its head. It is un-American. The Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade felonies and to excuse criminal misconduct. Yet, now he is stretching the law to target a political opponent. Florida will not assist in an extradition request given the questionable circumstances at issue with this Soros-backed Manhattan prosecutor and his political agenda.”

This is a breaking development and will be updated below with potential news that is to come.
